How to Feel Lighter

People walk around everyday looking normal with happy faces and beautiful smiles, here is an insight on how to feel lighter if it may be far from the truth. Some people are good at hiding their feelings, but if you could perceive the spirit of some people, it would paint a picture of them with their backs hunched carrying a heavy load.

Many people carry loads that go unrecognized by others, but that is not God’s plan for them. One of the reasons Jesus came, was to lift heavy burdens. It does not matter if you are carrying weights to different extent, it is not too heavy for God. Give your burdens to God, tell Him how you feel and what you have been going through; he listens (1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 55:22), and cares about the simplest things that trouble your mind. Pray to him today and let Him handle it.

Thinking about positive and happy events helps you to feel lighter, because it takes you from a world of every care laid on your shoulder, to a world of peace. Learn to conceive good things in your mind, and be around people who make you happy. Meditating on the word of God takes your mind way from issues and put your mind at rest. Worrying does not change anything, but changing what you can and leaving the rest to God makes a lot of difference.
