Exodus 14: 19-31
All I see is a red sea. The waves crash against the shore, their fury unmatched. The waters seem unyielding, a barrier that cannot be crossed. It is in moments like these that we must remember the God who parts our waters.
In the Bible, we find the story of Moses and the Israelites facing a similar situation. They stood at the edge of the Red Sea, with Pharaoh’s army closing in behind them. Fear and desperation filled their hearts as they saw no way out.
But then, Moses lifted his staff, and God performed a miracle. The waters of the sea parted, creating a path for the Israelites to walk through. They crossed over on dry ground, escaping the clutches of their pursuers.
This story serves as a powerful reminder that even when we face seemingly insurmountable obstacles, God is able to make a way. He is the same God who parted the Red Sea, and He is still at work in our lives today.
When all we see is a red sea, we must have faith. We must trust that God is working behind the scenes, even when we cannot see it. Just as He made a way for the Israelites, He will make a way for us.
So, in the midst of your own red sea, take heart. Remember the God who parts your waters. He is with you, leading you through the storm. Trust Him, and watch as He makes a way where there seems to be no way.
